| My sister-in-law, Regina, taught me how to make this wonderful frosting. Thankfully, beings this was the first time I'd made it, she was on hand to help me with it as I would have messed it up I'm afraid! It's a Swiss meringue butter cream--uses lots of egg whites and tons of butter, but is it ever lovely!!! |
